Benefits Manager who will design, implement, and manage competitive and compliant compensation and benefits strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives. Oversee salary administration, job classification, and monitor labor costs, including salary budgets and compensation-related expenses. Manage headcount planning and reporting, ensuring alignment with budget and implementing corrective actions when needed. Supervise payroll processes and systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with labor and tax regulations.



Oversee time and attendance processes, ensuring accurate data collection and integration into payroll. Ensure the accuracy, maintenance, and integrity of employee records and HR systems. Manage the HR budget, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field. High level of English (minimum C1). At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial sector, with proven team management experience. Strong expertise in compensation and benefits within large organizations, including knowledge of local labor laws, payroll, and tax regulations. Solid experience in cost analysis and budget management. High level of proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools.
