Global IT Director- Technology Consulting (SAP, Digital Web, CRS)–

We are looking for a strategic and experienced technology leader (minimum 10-15 years of experience) to lead global engineering teams and drive the modernization of enterprise platforms across a complex multinational organization. You must have experience in large international companies or Consulting Firms.

This role will define the global engineering strategy, oversee business-critical technology solutions, and build a high-performance culture focused on scalability, security, reliability, and innovation.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead globally distributed engineering teams and senior technical leaders.
- Define engineering standards, operating models, and technology roadmaps.
- Oversee SAP platforms, Digital Web, CRS, integrations, modernization initiatives, and related delivery capabilities.
- Drive cloud, platform, application, and legacy modernization programs.
- Strengthen DevSecOps, automation, reliability, and engineering quality.
- Partner with business, product, architecture, security, data, and infrastructure leaders.
- Manage key technology vendors,



strategic partners, contracts, service performance, and commercial relationships.
- Own engineering budgets, workforce planning, and technology investments.
- Experience managing large, and diverse technology teams including external teams (Consultancy ...)
- Develop talent, succession plans, and a strong general engineering culture.

What we are looking for:

- Extensive experience in software engineering, enterprise IT, and senior technology leadership.
- Experience in international companies or Consulting Firms
- Proven success leading large, global engineering organizations.
- Strong experience with SAP ecosystems, Digital web, CRS, and enterprise integration landscapes.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, APIs, DevSecOps, platform engineering, and cybersecurity.
- Experience managing strategic vendors and large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and commercial skills.
