The Good Agent is a fixed-fee real estate agency in Valencia. It is changing how property sales work here. Instead of the traditional 3–6% commission, sellers pay one transparent, fixed price agreed upfront. This is combined with a modern, digital-first client experience and a professional process from listing to notary. Clients are mainly international sellers across the Comunitat Valenciana.

This concept does not exist yet in this market. It is more favourable than a traditional agent for practically every home seller. That means the growth potential is huge, and the business is looking for someone to help capture it.

What we are looking for

The founder built the platform, the tech stack, and the legal foundation, and focuses on the technical side and the real estate expertise. What the business needs now is someone to run the day to day operations and drive growth, someone who complements the founder rather than mirrors them.

This person would take ownership of:

- Running day to day operations and helping the business professionalise as it scales
- Sales and client relationships. This is the outgoing,



commercial force behind the business
- Strategic input on where the business grows next and how

This is not a job in the traditional sense. It is a genuine partnership, for someone who wants to help build this business, not just work for it.

Who you are

- Not afraid to approach people, and quick to actually do it
- Comfortable owning operations, not just executing tasks
- Affinity with real estate is a plus, but not a requirement. What matters most is drive and sales instinct
- Fluent in English. Spanish is a strong plus, given the local market
- Based in or willing to relocate to Valencia

What you get

You share in the profits, which also means you are responsible for building your own income as the business grows. This is a role for someone who wants real ownership and real influence over where this business goes, not someone executing someone else's plan.
