Experteer Overview
As Implementation Lead for the French region, you guide Uber for Business customers through successful launches. You collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and cross-functional teams to drive adoption, growth, and excellent service. You manage end-to-end implementations, timelines, and training, with post-launch optimization. You work in a fast-paced, hybrid setting with in-office presence midweek. This role offers impact on enterprise and mid-market customers and potential bonuses/equity.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Understand customer goals and align them with mutual objectives
• Develop a seamless launch and implementation strategy to boost adoption, with 2–4 months post-launch supervision
• Manage timelines and project plans with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure customer training through collateral, office hours, and instruction on tools and programs
• Handle tactical and technical setup (API, SFTP, expense integrations) and finance-related submissions
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and support to ensure smooth onboarding and strong client experience
• Identify and mitigate issues, and propose data-based improvements




• Navigate cross-functional stakeholder relationships, including senior-level influence

Responsabilidades
• Min 3 years in B2B client implementation, onboarding, project management, customer success, or similar
• Experience owning end-to-end implementations from kickoff to post-launch adoption
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects with plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
• Strong external stakeholder management with client decision-makers; ability to influence
• Strong internal stakeholder management to collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, etc.
• Comfort with data and metrics to measure adoption and advise customers
• Experience with technical/system implementations; familiarity with integrations (APIs, SFTP, expense integrations) preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience training clients and presenting to stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues with limited supervision
