Define and drive the strategy, governance and operational excellence of Opella's global SAP platform ecosystem

Ensure platform availability, performance, security and compliance

Lead initiatives strengthening the reliability, scalability and performance of general SAP platforms

Develop and support teams across multiple locations

Drive migrations, upgrades, re-platforming and platform modernization initiatives

Define and deliver the SAP platforms technology roadmap across on-premises, RISE and BTP SAP Cloud platforms

Lead platform lifecycle activities and continuous service improvements

Act as Technical System Owner for SAP platforms

Drive platform performance, monitoring, reporting and incident management, including root-cause analysis and preventive action plans

Embed cybersecurity, quality and compliance requirements across the SAP landscape, including regulated and GxP environments

Partner with business stakeholders, application owners and service providers

Lead and develop a global team responsible for platform operations, lifecycle management and project delivery

Requirements

Proven experience leading enterprise SAP platforms and ERP transformation initiatives within a global organization

Strong expertise in SAP technologies, including S/4HANA, BTP, ALM and cloud services

Solid understanding of enterprise technology architecture

Experience managing large,



geographically distributed teams and external service providers in complex operational environments

Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills

Ability to translate technical topics into clear business outcomes

Knowledge of platform governance, cybersecurity, compliance and service management best practices

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

Fluent spoken and written English
