In Madrid, join Turner u0026amp; Townsend’s Digital division as a BIM Coordinator. You will drive BIM strategy, data analysis and visualization to support project delivery and asset information management. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement BIM requirements, ensure data quality and governance, and lead model assurance activities. This role offers exposure to major projects and the opportunity to shape how digital data unlocks performance. • Lead BIM process at organisational, programme and project levels across multiple stages
• Elicit and develop BIM requirements (OIRs, AIRs, EIRs, PIRs) and define implementation strategies
• Oversee BIM execution and project setup, information management, and supply chain coordination
• Perform BIM compliance checks and data verification to ensure standards are met
• Create and maintain key BIM documentation (IRs, EIRs, PIRs, Execution Plans)
• Manage and mentor BIM coordinators; coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
• Report risks and mitigations in plain language; maintain governance over BIM activities




• Lead model assurance activities, define strategy, and analyze BIM data
• Chair BIM workshops to present model assurance outcomes

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years’ BIM management experience across architecture, engineering and construction
• Advanced English (C1) written and spoken
• Advanced Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) skills
• Author BIM governance documents (Asset Information Requirements, Exchange Information Requirements, Project Information Requirements, BIM Execution Plans)
• Experience in BIM standards compliance, risk reporting, and client-facing consulting
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong BIM authoring/coordination toolset (Revit, AECOsim, Navisworks, Vectorworks, BIM Collab, Solibri, IFC Checker)
• Knowledge of ISO19650 standards and model assurance practices
• Ability to lead and support BIM implementation on major projects
• Experience developing and approving BIM Execution Plans with client buy-in
