Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and shape urban planning initiatives within Arup’s City Planning u0026amp; Design team, guiding masterplanning, urban design and feasibility analyses to deliver sustainable, long-term benefits for communities. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to balance social, economic and environmental goals while engaging clients and supporting business development. - Lead complex urban planning projects, drafting and processing planning instruments and urban feasibility analyses
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, environmentalists, sociologists, economists, lawyers)
- Present projects to clients and manage client relationships in urban planning
- Support business development through planning processes and work winning
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team
- Engage in continuous learning to deepen understanding of urban complexity and emerging trendsResponsabilidades




- Studies in Architecture or Civil Engineering or related studies
- c.15 years of experience
- Extensive experience in Spanish urban planning, planning processes (tramitación urbanística) and land development
- Special interest in urban planning, strategic consultancy, planning, processing, and land development
- Knowledge of CAD and ArcGIS
- Adobe package (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Excellent Spanish and excellent English
- Keen for multidisciplinary projects and interest in sustainability and innovation
- High organizational and communication skills
- Experience working in Spain
- Bonus: Master's in planning, urban planning, urban processing or territorial organization
- Knowledge and visualization of urban planning projects (communication/visualization)
