We are looking for a Senior Associate – Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive top-of-funnel growth specifically within our SMB & Enterprise vertical. In this role, you will identify, qualify, and engage high-potential prospects across hotel groups, chains, and management companies to generate qualified opportunities for our Account Executives and Sales Directors. You will play a critical part in shaping our pipeline, testing messaging, and helping us scale our presence with key hotel brands globally.

Identify and research target SMB & enterprise hotel accounts (hotel chains, groups, management companies, branded portfolios) and key decision-makers (e.Commercial, Revenue Management, Distribution, Digital, IT).



Build and maintain a robust prospect list using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, internal databases, industry reports, and market intelligence. Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, social) to engage prospects across enterprise hotel organizations.

Position

RateGain's solutions (UNO, Distribution, Demand Booster, DAAS) as strategic enablers of revenue growth, distribution optimization, and operational efficiency for hotel groups. Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospects' needs, challenges, and buying intent related to revenue management, distribution, data, and digital marketing. Qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects against defined criteria (e.Book high-quality meetings and demos for Account Executives/Director of Sales focused on enterprise hotel opportunities.

Log all activities, interactions, and outcomes accurately in the CRM. Work closely with marketing to align on campaigns, content, and target segments within the enterprise hotel space. Share market insights, objection patterns, and prospect feedback to refine messaging, ICP definition, and hotel-specific playbooks.

Partner with sales leadership to continuously improve scripts, sequences, and outreach strategies for hotel chains and groups. Support virtual and in-person events (webinars, conferences, roadshows) focused on hospitality and hotel technology by engaging attendees and following up on leads. Contribute to special campaigns for new product launches or strategic initiatives targeting enterprise hotels.
