Experteer Overview In this role you will support Fever’s global inorganic growth by underwriting and executing Mu0026amp; A opportunities in the entertainment sector. You will work closely with the Mu0026amp; A Team to build rigorousfinancial models, valuations, and investment theses that inform senior leadership. You’ll manage due diligence and deal execution, coordinating cross-functional analysis and timelines. - Identify and research potential acquisition targets within the entertainment sector
- Build comprehensive financial models and valuations to assess deal viability and synergies
- Evaluate financial, strategic, and operational risks of target companies
- Prepare investment memorandums and deal documentation
- Assist in due diligence (financial, legal, operational) and support negotiating deal structure and financing
- Manage deal processes and timelines to ensure smooth execution




- Develop and present investment theses to internal stakeholders and senior leadershipResponsabilidades
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business, Economics or Finance
- 1-3 years in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, Mu0026A or strategy roles
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with exposure to senior stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
