About the opportunity

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Specialist (FF&E;) to oversee the full lifecycle of procurement, logistics, and installation for our hospitality projects in Barcelona.





This opportunity combines factory coordination, logistics management, and on-site execution, including deliveries to remote and complex locations and last-mile delivery.

Responsibilities

- Oversee FF&E; production and conduct quality control at factory level
- Manage international logistics, storage, and inventory tracking
- Coordinate deliveries, including complex last-mile logistics (remote or hard-to-access locations)
- Supervise loading/unloading, equipment, and transport planning
- Ensure accurate documentation, dispatch, and receiving processes
- Collaborate closely with construction teams on delivery timelines and site readiness
- Coordinate and supervise installation teams on-site

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or FF&E;
- Background in hospitality or high-end residential projects
- Experience with factory coordination, QC, and international logistics
- Strong understanding of site logistics and installation processes
- Ability to manage complex or remote project environments
- Intermediate English and higher
