We are currently looking for a

Junior Project Coordinator

to join our PMO team, supporting projects across

Europe and United States.

Location:

Full-time relocation to project locations (Spain, Europe & US)

About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated professional with initial experience in project coordination, ideally within engineering or a related field, who is eager to grow in a dynamic and demanding international environment.

Key Requirements:
Full availability to relocate

for extended periods to project locations across Spain, Europe and United States (essential).
Degree in Engineering (preferably maritime or industrial) or a related field.




1 years of experience in project coordination or management (maritime sector is a plus).
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Proactive, adaptable, and quick to learn. xcskxlj
Advanced English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus.

Main Responsibilities:
Project Management:

Collect and report on project plans, status, resources, and key data, ensuring clear communication between the Project Manager and PMO
Client Relations:

Act as a point of contact for clients regarding ongoing project matters
Contract Management:

Manage documentation in line with GYG procedures, including final project approvals
Resource Coordination:

Ensure required resources are requested and available to meet project needs
