Experteer Overview In this role you partner with the CISO to strengthen application and product security across Straumann's digital products and medical devices, translating cybersecurity strategy into actionable, measurable outcomes. You lead secure software practices, govern lifecycle requirements, and drive cross-functional collaboration to mitigate risks. You will represent security in internal and external forums and steer priority initiatives that enable safe, compliant product development at scale. - Lead and mature the application and product security function across architecture, design, development, testing, release and post-market activities
- Define and govern secure software development lifecycle requirements, threat modelling, and security testing
- Oversee vulnerability remediation, software supply-chain security, SBOMs and third-party governance
- Manage product vulnerability management and post-market cybersecurity monitoring
- Document and govern security risks,



exceptions and remediation decisions with cross-functional stakeholders
- Support the CISO in translating strategy into measurable execution and represent security when delegatedResponsabilidades
- Significant leadership experience in cybersecurity, application/product/security
- Experience building or leading security capabilities in a complex enterprise
- Understanding of secure SDLC, DevSecOps, cloud-native architectures, APIs, CI/CD, software supply-chain security
- Experience with threat modelling, security architecture, penetration testing and vulnerability management
- Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders, auditors and regulators and translate requirements into risk-based controls
- Experience in regulated environments; medical devices/healthcare/manufacturing is advantageous
- Knowledge of medical-device cybersecurity and secure product lifecycle requirements is preferred
- Certifications such as CISSP/CISM/CSSLP/CCSP are welcome but not mandatoryRequisitos principales
