In this role you lead digital transformation programs across IFF’s Taste Business Unit global manufacturing network. You partner with cross-functional teams to translate opportunities into quantified improvements and drive large-scale supply and operations modernization. You manage multi-site programs, complex timelines and budgets, delivering tangible improvements in efficiency and business performance.

You will champion data-driven decision making and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape digital manufacturing at scale and work with diverse international teams.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Identify business opportunities and translate them into quantified improvements using data-driven insights
- Develop and implement transformative digital and OT programs with impact quantification and deployment strategies
- Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites, functions, and business units globally
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships within project teams and with site teams and business partners
- Coordinate multi-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, designers, and end users
- Ensure project execution by managing scope, timelines,



budgets, risks, and resources
- Champion digital transformation and a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Coach colleagues on digital themes in manufacturing (Advanced Analytics, Process Digitalization, Automation, Robotics)
- Act as ambassador of digital transformation and culture, applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor in Chemical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing environments and industrial operations
- 5+ years of experience implementing Digital Manufacturing solutions at regional or global scale
- Proven leadership of multi-stakeholder, multi-location transformation programs
- Strong project management xugodme with Agile and Waterfall
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
- Ability to lead change in matrixed organizations and deliver results
- Strong communication and stakeholder management across organizational levels
- Experience collaborating with analytics, engineering, automation, and digital specialists
