Senior PayPal leader for Iberia responsible for driving revenue and margin growth across Spain and Portugal. You will shape market strategies, build high-performing teams, and manage cross-functional partnerships to execute PayPal’s portfolio in Iberia. You’ll oversee key functions, monitor market dynamics, and ensure regulatory alignment while delivering sustainable growth. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership in a fast-moving payments environment.

Responsabilidades
- 15+ years of commercial/sales leadership in technology, payments, financial services, or digital industries
- Strong understanding of digital payments and fintech trends relevant to Spain and Portugal
- Proven experience leading distributed, multicultural teams in a matrixed organization
- Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presence
- Strategic, analytical, and data-driven with strong xugodme commercial instincts
- Ability to foster collaborative, innovative cultures and manage change
- Hands-on mindset balancing strategy and execution
- Comfort with ambiguity and evolving strategies
- BA required; MBA and/or technical degree preferred
- Native-level Spanish and professional English; Portuguese a strong plus
