Responsabilidades
- Master's degree in law
- Bar admission in Spain or another relevant European jurisdiction
- 5+ years of professional experience in a law firm or the financial sector
- Strong expertise in Mu0026A and corporate law
- Experience in competition law and/or financial market regulation is an advantage xugodme
- Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leadership and external contacts
- Independent, pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset; discretion with sensitive matters
- Affinity for technology and digital tools; proficiency in Microsoft 365; fluency in English and Spanish
