Experteer Overview
In this role you will own and operate enterprise-wide access control and building security solutions for REWE Group locations. You will collaborate with security experts, suppliers, and international teams to drive modernization and rollout of new technologies, including the adoption of dormakaba exos. You’ll translate business needs into technical specifications and support projects from planning to acceptance. This position sits in REWE digital Spain’s Building Security Center of Excellence, offering hands-on impact across offices, logistics facilities, and more.

• Operate enterprise-wide access control solutions across REWE Group locations
• Serve as incident contact and provide troubleshooting for building security systems
• Analyze complex issues with stakeholders and vendors
• Lead rollout, migration, and implementation of new access control technologies
• Support introduction of dormakaba exos as future platform
• Modernize access control infrastructure and credential technologies
• Create and maintain technical specifications, concepts, and documentation
• Evaluate new technologies and vendor solutions in building security
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, engineers, security experts, and external partners
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Assist in project planning, testing, rollouts, and acceptance processes
• Participate in supplier and stakeholder management




• Act as Subject Matter Expert in Building Security Center of Excellence

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of professional experience in Access Control, Physical Security, Electronic Security Systems or related field
• Experience supporting and operating technical security systems
• Experience with enterprise applications and/or security platforms
• Ability to analyze requirements and develop practical technical solutions
• Experience creating specifications, concepts, documentation, or technical designs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently after onboarding and collaborate in a distributed team
• Professional English (required); German is a strong plus
• Experience with Jira and Confluence desirable
• Experience with external suppliers and stakeholders beneficial
• Understanding of IT systems, interfaces, and system integrations advantageous
• Experience with access control solutions such as dormakaba, Primion, or similar vendors highly desirable
• Nice to have: dormakaba exos, LEGIC credentials, video surveillance and VMS, intrusion detection, experience in agile environments
• Knowledge of retail/logistics/facility management or corporate security environments
