Role, You Will: Performance & Data Support Assist in gathering, updating, and compiling weekly/monthly AFC operational performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs). Support the preparation of routine performance packs, dashboards, and review presentations for leadership. Perform basic data checks to maintain high data accuracy in reporting routines.

Support senior specialists in executing continuous improvement deep-dives and routine process updates. Provide data inputs to support workforce management and capacity planning discussions. Support administrative coordination for governance forums, preparing materials and tracking action items.

Assist in organizing audit readiness documentation and archiving control records.

Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience or internships in business operations, banking/fintech, analytics, or process support.



Solid foundation in Excel / Google Sheets; eagerness to learn datatools (SQL, Looker, Tableau) is a plus. Strong verbal and written English communication skills; Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
