Our client is an industry leader in smart mobility solutions dedicated to empowering urban transportation and creating connected cities

They are seeking a passionate Product Manager to take full ownership of the rider journey, turning customer insights into impactful platform enhancements that elevate retention and overall user satisfaction

Main Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of key rider journey touchpoints to continuously refine the user experience

Utilize user research, quantitative data, and direct feedback to uncover friction points and growth opportunities

Elevate conversion rates, retention numbers, and overall customer satisfaction metrics

Transform company objectives and customer insights into actionable problem statements and project initiatives

Test and validate product concepts using rapid prototyping, experimentation, and data analysis

Strike the right balance between rapid wins and long-term architectural platform growth

Partner closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, operations, and marketing

Align project partners around shared targets and clear performance metrics

Share the product vision, progress updates, and strategic trade-offs across the organization transparently

Core Skills/Experience

Over 7 years of hands-on Product Management expertise in fast-moving environments operating large scale B2C platforms like mobility or food delivery





Track record mastering product discovery and delivery using qualitative research and quantitative metrics to shape decisions

Deep dedication to crafting intuitive, frictionless, and impactful digital product experiences

Outstanding communication capabilities to explain user friction points, empirical evidence, target segments, and proposed solutions effectively

Analytical and strategic vision with a commitment to evaluating competitor trends critically before implementing new solutions

Practical experience with product analytics platforms such as Tableau, Mixpanel, or equivalent tooling

Strong sense of agency featuring a proactive attitude, end to end accountability, high energy, and a bias toward action

Full professional proficiency in English (C1 minimum)
