Experteer Overview In this role, you will localize settlement regulations and collaborate with product and Ru0026amp; D teams to design automation plans and software solutions. You will support early delivery of settlement capabilities within logistics projects and provide detailed reports to Ru0026amp; D. You will ensure timely, accurate payments and drive risk management across cross-functional teams. You will also improve seller settlement inquiries handling and partner with cross-functions to scale settlement processes.Compensaciones / Incentivos - Localize settlement regulations and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance - Collaborate with product and Ru0026D teams to develop settlement automation plans and assist in software solutions; conduct online tests and report findings - Coordinate with project management to deliver settlement solutions in the early stages of logistics projects - Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and customers, including contract review, system maintenance, billing, and AR collections - Develop and implement risk management systems to identify and mitigate settlement risks with cross-functional teams - Improve handling of sellers' settlement-related consultations to enhance experienceResponsabilidades - Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent industry experience) - 5+ years in settlement-related work within medium or large logistics enterprises - Strong understanding of logistics operations and settlement challenges - Excellent attention to detail and proactive issue-solving - Strong communication skills and team-player attitudeRequisitos principales -
