Experteer Overview In this role, you drive social performance across the site, strengthening ties with communities and stakeholders to deliver sustainable value. You will advise site leadership on social risk, engagement, and governance while coordinating community investment and development efforts. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social obligations are met and reporting is robust. - Lead the development and continuous improvement of the site's Social Performance Plan
- Build and sustain relationships with community stakeholders, authorities, and external partners
- Identify, assess and manage social risks and opportunities from site activities
- Facilitate meaningful stakeholder engagement and integrate community perspectives into decisions
- Manage community feedback, inquiries, and grievance processes with transparency
- Coordinate social investment and community development programs (sponsorships, donations, volunteering, foundation activities)




- Monitor compliance with Social Performance Standards and support assurance reviews
- Collaborate with operational leaders to manage social obligations across functions
- Maintain social performance registers, impact assessments, and reporting processesResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Communications, Social Sciences, Community Development, or related disciplines
- 7–10 years of experience in social performance, community relations, stakeholder engagement, sustainability, or related fields
- Strong understanding of social impact assessment, risk management, and stakeholder engagement practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups and handling complex issues diplomatically
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities
- High emotional intelligence and ability to influence across all organizational levels
