Experteer Overview In this role, you lead complex projects within the Innovation Delivery Group (IDG), guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality outcomes. You’ll work with senior stakeholders and ensure proper governance, risk, and financial controls. The position sits in a portfolio focused on delivering national-scale projects that drive innovation and resilience. - Provide project leadership and task management for the project team and specialists
- Oversee project initiation with clear scope, governance, roles, and plans
- Apply 5-case business model, project assurance and financial approval processes
- Maintain strong communication with Sponsor and senior stakeholders

- Create procurement strategies and manage supplier performance
- Foster a collaborative working culture and ensure health, safety, and CDM compliance

- Significant experience leading complex projects or programmes, preferably in engineering, construction,

- Formal training in project management with extensive use of lifecycle tools and processes
- Strong commercial acumen with supplier contract management and procurement experience
- Extensive experience in project financial management and cost forecasting
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and developing stakeholder engagement plans
- Strong report writing and ability to produce business cases
- Demonstrated leadership in risk management and health u0026 safety compliance
- Desirable: Chartered membership of a relevant body (e.G., ICE, CIWEM, APMP) and NEC contract experience
- Experience in preparing scope of services for appraisal and construction contract awards
- Project Management Qualifications: Prince2 Practitioner or APM PMQRequisitos principales
