- Execute Procurement Strategy in alignment with category teams and business stakeholders- Perform purchasing activities according to needs, specifications, price, delivery schedule and contractual terms- Manage cooperation with approved suppliers and oversee performance, quality and compliance- Provide market insights and analyze and evaluate bids- Negotiate agreements with key suppliers- Conduct sourcing events through appropriate eSourcing tools- Maintain supplier master data integrity- Identify and qualify new suppliers with internal stakeholders- Implement cost-out programs and optimization initiatives- Coordinate procurement orders and deliveries- Maintain accurate reports, updates and documentation in relevant systems- Report to the Co-Head Corporate ProcurementRequirements- Ideally 5 years of experience in Procurement- Preferably experience in Indirect Services Procurement within Professional Services categories or equivalent extensive experience working directly in HR, Consulting,
