- Define, implement, and evolve data governance and semantic information management models
- Design and maintain business models, taxonomies, glossaries, catalogs, and data standards
- Lead the definition of corporate semantic content
- Ensure the consistency, quality, and reuse of information assets
- Train, engage, and support business users
- Promote data governance best practices and a data-driven culture
- Translate complex metadata, semantics, and data governance concepts into understandable methodologies and procedures for business profiles

Требования:
- Demonstrable experience in Data Governance projects, especially semantic management and metadata
- Experience working with Collibra
- Solid knowledge of defining and maintaining business glossaries, taxonomies and ontologies, data catalogs, conceptual and semantic models, and governance policies, standards, and procedures
- Experience managing and administering functional and business metadata
- Ability to define and document data standards and quality criteria




- Experience delivering training and facilitating sessions with business users
- Communication and facilitation skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders at different levels
- Analytical skills and a transversal view of business processes and information
- Nice to have: Certifications or specialized training in Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Governance
- knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK or similar frameworks
- experience in Data Catalog, Data Quality, or Data Stewardship initiatives
- knowledge of semantic modeling, linked data, or advanced corporate knowledge management
- experience in data-related digital transformation and change management projects
- knowledge xcskxlj of data architecture and analytical ecosystems
- experience in complex corporate environments and organizations with mature data governance models
