Position Overview
Roc360 is seeking a hands-on VP, Marketing to drive the execution of marketing programs supporting Roc360’s Subscription-as-a-service [SaaS] platform.
The strategy is established. This role is about turning that strategy into high-quality marketing programs and getting them into the market.
We are looking for a strong project manager and content marketer who can manage multiple initiatives from brief through execution. The idóneo candidate has experience in real estate finance and/or SaaS or technology-enabled businesses, understands complex products quickly, and knows how to turn subject-matter expertise into compelling content, video, campaigns, and sales tools.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who can write, edit, brief creative teams, manage video production, coordinate stakeholders, run campaigns, and keep multiple projects moving simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day marketing execution for Roc360's real estate SaaS businesses.
- Translate established GTM strategies into detailed marketing plans, content calendars, campaigns,



deliverables, timelines, and workstreams.
- Serve as the primary marketing project manager across these businesses, ensuring initiatives move from idea to execution on time and at a high standard.
- Build and manage integrated content calendars across video, social, email, web, events, thought leadership, sales enablement, and other channels.
- Develop a steady pipeline of high-value content, including articles, market insights, case studies, customer stories, guides, newsletters, webinars, presentations, and social content.
- Make video a core component of the content strategy, developing concepts, identifying subject-matter experts, preparing interview questions and talking points, and managing production from planning through final distribution.
- Work directly with executives, salespeople, customers, partners, and subject-matter experts to capture their expertise and turn it into compelling
