Your missions?• Lead and coordinate multiple Workplace and End Users Services projects in an international environment.• Manage projects from planning to deployment, ensuring delivery within scope, cost, quality and timelines.• Coordinate international stakeholders across different entities, business functions, product teams and technical experts.• Establish and maintain project governance, including Steering Committees, reporting, KPIs and decision-making materials.• Identify dependencies, manage the risk register and proactively mitigate risks and issues.• Drive change management, adoption and training activities, ensuring a smooth transition to BAU operations.• Coordinate local rollouts and ensure alignment with business cases, expected benefits and deployment plans.• Ensure alignment with Agile, DevOps, architectural, data,



security and quality standards.• Work on projects involving Workplace AI and Generative AI solutions within the Microsoft 365 environment.✍️ Your profile?• Degree in IT, Business, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Workplace / End User Services or Digital Adoption projects.• Proven experience managing multiple projects in parallel within international and matrix environments.• Strong experience in project governance, risk management and change management.• Hands-on and pragmatic approach, with strong problem-solving and delivery skills.• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies would be a plus.• Experience with Workplace AI / Generative AI and Microsoft 365 would be a plus.• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with senior and executive stakeholders.• Fluent in Spanish, French and English, both written and spoken.
