Experteer Overview
As GCS Technical Content Manager, you own content across the product lifecycle to ensure end-user success. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to plan, pace, and publish content that supports installation, operation, and maintenance of Roche diagnostics. You will drive standardization, risk-aware planning, and agile publication workflows within the GCS Knowledge u0026amp; Learning Excellence team. This role offers a meaningful impact on service excellence and customer experience in a global healthcare environment.

• Own technical content across the product lifecycle and define content elements and project planning
• Coordinate with external vendors, manage relationships, and monitor progress
• Plan content scope, determine delivery channels, and align with content strategy
• Manage stakeholders and coordinate with GCS Project Leader and PPE for content delivery
• Build and maintain internal relationships within GCS
• Ensure risk assessment input and coordination with development teams for content delivery




• Support iterative content creation in Agile development and oversee publication activities
• Advise on standardization and best practices for content delivery and management
• Meet project timelines and define reviewers and approvers in the CMS
• Provide terminology and translation expertise up to 30% capacity for Language Operations
• Collaborate with Content Strategist to implement and improve the KLE content strategy

Responsabilidades
• Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems, XML authoring, translation and localization, and project management tools
• Familiarity with hardware/software development processes and content workflows
