Would you like to join an international environment where you can play a key role in improving HR processes and systems across different countries?We are currently looking for a P&C; Specialist - Projects & Data Analysis to support integral P&C; digitalisation initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR applications, processes and reporting.Location: BarcelonaYour responsibilitiesSupport and coordinate global P&C; digitalisation projects, including local implementationLead smaller projects or sub-projects and contribute to defining system requirementsSupport SuccessFactors applications and coordinate with 2nd and 3rd-level supportCoordinate testing, release management and user trainingContribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding and offboarding processesDrive improvements in P&C; data quality, particularly across subsidiariesDevelop and maintain HR dashboards and reportingSupport global HR controlling and prepare periodic and ad hoc reportsCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders,



subject matter experts and external partnersContribute to change requests and continuous application improvementsYour profileDegree or professional background in People & Culture / HR or ITStrong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally across several modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, People Analytics and Compensation & Variable PayExperience working in an international environment, ideally with global SuccessFactors implementationsStrong analytical and organisational skillsExperience in project management and coordinating multiple stakeholdersFluent English is required;
