Requirements ?
- Manage customer requests and provide high-quality follow-up.
- Handle proactive and reactive escalations.
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, billing items, and recurring operational risks.
- Verify billing discrepancies with the relevant teams.
- Collect and share forecasts to anticipate workload and peak periods.
- Assess operational feasibility for custom customer requests.
- Improve processes around quality, timelines, customer experience, and on-site routines.
- Prepare and participate in customer steering committee meetings.⁠
