As our engineering organization scales past 1,700 people, our Platform Domain is undergoing an exciting evolution. To support this growth, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager (Mid/Junior) to join forces with our Infrastructure Engineering Manager. Unlike traditional infrastructure roles that require deep DevOps or cloud architecture experience, we care most about your understanding of our product.
If you love tracking complex projects, optimizing internal communication, handling vendor relationships, and have a sharp mind for how software features and configurations work, this role is for you. You will ensure our internal stakeholders are aligned, our documentation is pristine, and our cloud infrastructure seamlessly supports our product's features. If you love solving hard problems and want to build something that truly matters, come build it with us.
We're a team of 200+ Product Engineers building Business Management solution that actually works for the people using it. Our core stack is Ruby on Rails and React but the interesting work right now is what we're building on top of that: agentic workflows, LLM-integrated features, systems that behave probabilistically rather than deterministically. The Product-First Mindset: You have a strong understanding of SaaS products, multi-tenancy, and how different software features/configurations interact.
You don’t need to write code, but you understand how a user-facing feature relies on back-end systems.
Project Management Experience: 1–3 years of experience managing projects, acting as a Product/Project Operations specialist,
or working as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach in a fast-paced tech environment.
Eager to Learn Cloud Basics: While you don’t need to be an AWS or Azure expert on day one, you are curious and eager to learn which cloud providers and vendors support our various product capabilities. Prior experience working internally within our company or a deep familiarity with our existing application architecture and configuration options. Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts (e.g., what a server, database, CDN, or environment is at a high level).
Experience using project management tools (Jira, Notion, etc.) Project Governance & Delivery: Drive agile ceremonies, track project timelines, and manage deliverables across our three sub-squads (Evolution, Reliability, Enablement) to ensure major initiatives land successfully.
Internal Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as the first point of contact for other engineering and product teams. You will field internal questions about infrastructure capabilities, feature configurations, and environment statuses. Partner with product teams to coordinate the QA, validation, and rollout of new testing, staging, or production environments.
Vendor & Documentation Management: Own relationships,
calls, and follow-ups with our infrastructure and software vendors. Maintain clear, structured internal documentation for system architectures, configuration options, and processes.
