Translate corporate objectives into actionable go-to-market plans and operational priorities
Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning processes to support predictable revenue growth
Identify growth opportunities and performance risks through data-driven analysis and executive insights
Drive strategic initiatives that improve revenue generation, productivity, and organizational effectiveness
Contribute to the development of the revenue operations analytics roadmap to support scale and efficiency
Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and operating standards across the division
Lead high-impact projects that support long‑term growth and operational excellence
Partner with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to align priorities and deliver business outcomes
Lead divisional strategic initiatives and drive programs that improve commercial performance, operational scalability, and long‑term growth
Requirements





Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
8+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, or related functions
Demonstrated success partnering with senior commercial leaders to drive revenue growth, business performance, and strategic planning initiatives
Proven experience leading forecasting, pipeline governance, business planning, territory design, quota allocation, and performance management processes
Strong track record of delivering executive-level insights and recommendations that influence strategic and operational decision‑making
Experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives within high‑growth or matrixed organizations
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and commercial performance indicators, including ARR, pipeline coverage, conversion rates, forecast
