Experteer Overview In this role you design and govern security architectures for AI/ML systems and Generative AI deployments, enabling trustworthy AI adoption across Allianz. You collaborate with AI/data teams to secure model training, data pipelines, and inference endpoints, applying Zero Trust and AI-specific threat controls. You’ll drive governance processes, risk assessments, and ARB decisions, shaping how AI services scale securely. This is a chance to influence enterprise AI security at scale and partner across functions.Compensaciones / Ventajas - Design and maintain enterprise AI security architectures for training, data pipelines, and inference endpoints - Secure AI/ML platforms and cloud services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI, Databricks, Hugging Face) and GenAI deployments - Draft and maintain AI security policies and model risk standards aligned with EU AI Act, ISO 42001,



and NIST AI RMF - Define and track KPIs/KRIs for AI security posture and report to security committees - Lead or contribute to AI security design authority and ARB processes; advise AI/data teams onsecurity decisionsResponsabilidades - Higher education degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 5+ years of experience in AI Security Architecture or Security Engineering in enterprise environments - Hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems and MLOps security integration - Strong knowledge of AI-specific threats (prompt injection, data poisoning, model inversion, etc.) and defense strategies - Experience with AI/ML platforms and cloud security (IAM, model isolation, secure inference endpoints) - Familiarity with LLM/GenAI security (RAG, API access controls, output filtering) - Knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001 and their enterprise implications - Solid foundations in API security, IAM, data security, and vulnerability management - Excellent English skills - Interest in IT and GenAI is valuedRequisitos principales - hybrid work model - bonus scheme - pension - employee shares program - lifelong learning - health and wellbeing benefits
