What will be your responsibilities?

Growth Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan, leveraging an optimal mix tailored to German market nuances for sustainable brand growth.

Collaborate with design, performance, finance, and e-commerce teams to forecast market needs accurately and localize campaigns, boosting brand visibility and engagement.

Enhance customer experience by analyzing feedback and implementing improvements across the customer journey (e.g., timely delivery, shipping, website navigation).

Market Analysis & Reporting

Utilize market data and KPIs for strategic decision-making.

Track campaign performance across various channels, generating monthly reports and conducting daily sales analysis.
