Develop and own eCommerce retail media management across a portfolio of brands
Build eCommerce fundamentals across portfolio brands
Identify opportunities to accelerate online sales, improve digital shelf performance, and enhance brand visibility
Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends, retailer developments, competitor performance, and client performance
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted eCommerce advisor
Lead creation, optimisation, and ongoing management of product content across retailer websites and marketplaces
Ensure product pages are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines and retailer requirements
Monitor content performance and implement improvements to drive discoverability and conversion
Coordinate content updates, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities
Plan, activate, and optimise Retail Media campaigns across key retailer networks
Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities




Collaborate with media agencies and retailers to develop performance dashboards
Develop and maintain dashboards providing actionable eCommerce business insights
Analyse sales, content, search, and media performance data to identify growth opportunities
Translate complex data into clear recommendations and strategic actions
Lead regular business reviews and performance presentations with clients
Coordinate cross-functional creative and production teams
Develop monthly plans for always-on optimisation and seasonal campaigns
Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple projects
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards
Foster collaboration among client teams, retailers, media partners, and Dragons stakeholders
Requirements

Previous experience in digital commerce, eCommerce, or eCommerce marketing, ideally within the FMCG industry
Hands-on experience collaborating with major Spanish retailers and marketplac
