As we continue to grow our Technology Consulting business in Iberia, we're looking for a commercially driven leader to define and execute our sales strategy, identify new opportunities, build strategic client relationships and accelerate our presence across key industries, with a particular focus on banking, financial services and payments.
This is a hands-on commercial leadership role, with a strong focus on opening new opportunities, building pipeline and closing complex consulting deals.
This is an opportunity for someone who combines a strong consulting mindset with proven sales leadership and a deep understanding of how AI and technology are reshaping businesses and industries.

What you'll do
- Lead the growth of Tieto's Technology Consulting business in Iberia.
- Take direct ownership of sales targets, pipeline development and revenue growth for Technology Consulting in Iberia.
- Personally lead the development and closing of strategic new business opportunities.




- Drive new business development and build a sustainable pipeline of strategic opportunities.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Identify client challenges and shape consulting-led solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through to contract signature.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, architects and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals and market offerings.
- Position Tieto as a trusted partner for AI-enabled transformation and technology-driven business change.
- Contribute to the expansion of our footprint across banking, financial services and payments organisations.

What we're looking for
- Proven track record selling Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation or Advisory Services.
- Experience developing and closing complex consulting opportunities within large enterprise organisations.
