Experteer Overview
In this role you will deliver Big Data solutions that enable data-driven decisions across analytics domains. You will develop new data systems and advanced analytics to optimize business outcomes, from descriptive to prescriptive insights. Collaborating with the data science community and IT teams, you will shape holistic Big Data solutions and guide others on best practices. This position blends hands-on engineering with the start of project leadership on moderately complex initiatives, contributing to Allstate’s data-enabled decision culture.

• Leverage Big Data best practices to support descriptive analytics, ETL, predictive modeling,



and prescriptive real-time decisions
• Identify new data areas and technology that can solve business problems with coaching
• Collaborate with peers to ensure holistic Big Data solutions for analytic users
• Partner with Allstate Technology teams on Big Data efforts
• Execute complex and sometimes highly complex functional work tracks for data analytics outputs and business solutions

Responsabilidades
• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
• Masters Degree (Preferred)
• Strong foundation in Analytics, Big Data, Data Analytics, Data Science
• Ability to influence others and work across teams
