Journey Manager / CRM Automation Specialist
Location: Barcelona ( hybrid)

About the Role
We are hiring a Journey Manager / CRM Automation Specialist to support the build, QA, deployment, and optimisation of lifecycle journeys across multiple countries. This is a hands‑on execution role focused on accuracy, consistency, and operational excellence within Emarsys.
You will help scale our CRM automation capability by building structured journeys, rolling them out across markets, and ensuring high‑quality delivery through rigorous QA and testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Journey Execution
— Build and deploy lifecycle email and onsite journeys in Emarsys.
Market Rollout
— Clone, adapt, and localise journeys for multiple countries (language, compliance, sender details).
Quality Assurance
— Conduct thorough QA across triggers, logic, rendering, tracking, and links.
Release Management
— Follow structured release processes and maintain clear documentation.
Testing & Optimisation
— Run A/B tests and support continuous optimisation of journeys.
Segmentation Application
— Apply segmentation, inclusion, exclusion, and suppression rules provided by CRM teams.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Essential
2–5 years of experience in
CRM, marketing automation, or email marketing
Hands‑on experience with platforms such as
Emarsys, Salesforce, HubSpot , etc.
Understanding of
email marketing best practices
and deliverability
Experience with
QA processes , structured testing, and journey deployment
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
Desirable
Basic
HTML/CSS
for troubleshooting
Experience working across
