Experteer Overview In this role you drive growth by expanding and managing the commercial network for electrical-industrial solutions. You will engage with international customers, coordinate with technical teams, and design market strategies to capture opportunities. Your work blends sales process discipline with hands-on relationship building across utilities, OEMs, and engineering partners. - Serve existing customers and improve account performance
- Establish and manage current and future commercial distribution networks
- Identify new markets and customers through commercial strategy design
- Record commercial activities in Navision and/or Salesforce and share market information
- Create and drive commercial actions for Technical Promotion and Sales, engaging with technical departments
- Visit international customers and participate in industry trade fairs




- Prepare annual budget with commercial managementResponsabilidades
- 2-3 years of sales experience in electrical-electronic environments within industrial/power sectors
- Experience managing customer relationships and developing business opportunities in technical markets
- Experience with utilities, OEMs, engineering firms, or distribution networks valued
- Willingness for frequent international travel
- Fluent English; other languages valued
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- CRM, sales process management, market research, sales force management experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer focus, results orientation, proactive mindset
- Well-organized, resilient, capable of independent work within an international team
