Experteer Overview As Senior AI Platform Engineer, you will design, build and operate the Fast Insights Platform to empower application teams with scalable AI capabilities. You’ll own epics end-to-end, drive reliable, secure platforms on AWS, and mentor colleagues while shaping enterprise AI guardrails. You’ll work cross-functionally to reduce toil, improve observability, and accelerate time-to-market for AI-enabled development. - Own epics from requirements to design, implementation and operation
- Design, code, test, and refactor complex software to engineering standards
- Improve platform reliability, monitoring, and operability while balancing cost
- Lead code reviews and contribute to the platform's technical roadmap
- Define and track SLAs/SLOs and automate operational tasks
- Mentor equal- or lower-grade colleagues and onboard new team members

- 7 years IT experience with software development lifecycle or REST APIs/Web applications/Platform Development
- 2 years of proven experience leading complex technical initiatives and mentoring engineers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient English
- Proficiency in TypeScript or Python or another modern language
- Hands-on experience with production services on AWS
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (AWS CDK, GitHub Actions, Terraform)
- Cloud-native foundations: containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS or another major cloud provider
