This role will be a part of the Exhibitor Planning & Performance team as a Business Analyst supporting the Integral Exhibitor Sales (GES) and Gartner C-Level Communities (GCC) sales organizations. Your work will influence revenue growth, productivity, and the expansion of our business. Collaborate with leadership to support annual revenue budgeting, monthly forecasting, and territory planning, ensuring data-driven decisions.
Support the update and maintenance of key data sets for recurring reporting, delivering accurate and timely business insights. Prepare executive-level analytics and presentations that inform and influence senior leadership. Deliver comprehensive monthly reporting, including sales performance, productivity metrics, and forecast tracking.
Develop analytical models to support short- and long-term business planning. Analyze and validate operational data sets to establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement. Partner cross-functionally with teams across the Conferences business unit to execute strategic projects.
Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests, providing clear and actionable insights. Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree is a plus, in an Analytics, FP&A;, Sales, Strategy or Business Operations field. Minimum 2 years of relevant business experience.
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
