Junior Sales Consultant – Spanish Market
EF English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Person with a high level of Spanish to join our European team in Barcelona's office.

As a Junior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses in the Spanish market. You will play a key role in developing revenue and increasing the number of students joining our online school, while being part of a fast-growing international business.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Take full ownership of direct sales and achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Manage your own sales pipeline from first contact to enrolment.
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs and recommend the right course.
• Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers – zero cold calls.
• Follow up with customers via calls, WhatsApp and email, handling objections and closing sales.
• Upgrade and renew current customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.




• Keep customer information and opportunities updated in our CRM.

Requirements:
• The candidate must be already based in Barcelona.
• An advanced/native level of Spanish.
• 1–2 years of previous sales experience.
• A minimum of a speaking B2 level of English.
• Sales-oriented, target-driven and results-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of opportunities and follow-ups.
• Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team.
