We’re a small, fully funded, independent studio working on a well-known IP, and we’re pushing boundaries when it comes to gameplay and quality. In this role, you won’t just be writing code; Your goal is to build, optimize, and maintain the software, pipelines, and standalone applications that allow our designers, artists, and engineers to iterate rapidly and frictionlessly. Take ownership of the content pipeline and asset conditioning workflows within Unreal Engine 5, ensuring seamless data flow from DCC tools to the engine.

Collaborative Iteration: Work closely with artists, designers, and engineers to identify workflow bottlenecks, gather feedback, and proactively engineer elegant UI/UX solutions for internal tools.

Code Quality & Stability: Write clean, modular, and highly maintainable C++ and C# code, keeping performance constraints and scalability across the software stack in mind. Since we are a small team in the startup phase, we expect you to wear multiple hats, handle some ambiguity, and bring a proactive problem-solving mindset to the table.

Experience:



2+ years of professional experience as a Tools Programmer or Tools Engineer in the games industry. Strong proficiency in C++ and/or C#, with a solid understanding of software architecture, UI frameworks (such as WPF, Qt, or Slate), and modular workflows.

Engine Knowledge: Deep technical familiarity with Unreal Engine 5 pipeline mechanics and editor customization is highly preferred.
