As a SeniorFull Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in building and scaling the core features that legal professionals around the world rely on daily. This is a Python-first position where your primary focus will be designing and implementing robust backend services. On the frontend, it is highly flexible: the client is welcome engineers with solid experience in modern technologies like React, JavaScript, or TypeScript, as long as you are comfortable contributing to a modern user experience.

Design and build scalable backend systems and APIs using Python and Flask, ensuring our distributed services stay fast, reliable, and easy to maintain as we grow.

End-to-End Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and frontend devs to launch solid features, helping out with frontend integration when needed without losing your primary focus on the backend.

Integrations & Ecosystem: Handle seamless connections between our core backend, headless CMS platforms (like Strapi), internal systems, and third-party services. Engineering Excellence & Infrastructure: Keep code quality high through automated testing, meaningful code reviews, and better deployment workflows using Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Performance & Cloud Scaling: Own system monitoring, troubleshoot production bottlenecks, and improve security and scalability across our cloud and containerized environments.

Core Skills/Experience5+ years of experience in Python backend and full-stack roles, with a proven track record of shipping production-ready code.

Deep knowledge of Python and a strong background designing REST APIs and working within microservices architectures.

Solid frontend skills: comfort working with JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern framework or library (like React,



Angular, Lit, or similar).Hands-on with DevOps basics: daily use of Docker, Git, and setting up or maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Performance-oriented mindset: good handling of Unix systems, debugging tools, and performance metrics (like Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, or DevTools).

Nice to have:

Experience working with Web Components and headless CMS platforms like Strapi.

Familiarity with Next.js, SSR, or SSG rendering strategies.

Previous background in LegalTech or regulatory technology sectors.
