An international company operating in the financial services and leasing sector is strengthening its IT SAP team in Barcelona with the incorporation of an SAP Business One Consultant.

The position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, combining SAP Business One consulting, hands-on system work and direct interaction with business stakeholders.

With a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, the role is focused on the continuous improvement of SAP Business One, business process optimisation and the implementation of new solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP Business One solutions.
- Work hands-on with SAP Business One, supporting and improving business processes.
- Analyse and resolve functional issues and identify opportunities for system optimisation.
- Participate in SAP Business One implementation, enhancement and change projects.
- Gather, analyse and document functional requirements.
- Work closely with business users, IT teams and external SAP partners.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution validation.
- Support the implementation of new processes, functionalities and system improvements.
- Prepare and maintain reports according to business requirements.




- Provide functional support and training to end users.
- Coordinate with external providers on integrations, regulatory requirements and developments.

Technical Requirements

- Advanced knowledge of SAP Business One.
- Advanced knowledge of T-SQL, including the ability to write queries.
- Advanced knowledge of Crystal Reports.
- 2+ years of relevant experience with SAP Business One.
- Experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering and solution implementation.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and improving SAP Business One processes.
- Good understanding of finance and accounting processes.
- Advanced level of English for interaction with international teams and stakeholders.

Desired:

- Knowledge of B1 Usability Package.
- Knowledge of Microsoft .NET.
- Experience with SAP Business One add-ons or integrations.
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
