An AI & Data Consultancy is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to build and deploy AI solutions for leading organisations across Belgium.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking AI from POC → production, solving complex problems and working directly with clients.

What you'll do

- Build and deploy GenAI, LLM and classical ML solutions
- Take POCs into secure, scalable production applications
- Work with RAG, AI agents and LLM technologies
- Build end-to-end AI pipelines, including monitoring and evaluation
- Make pragmatic technology and architecture decisions
- Act as a technical advisor in client and presales discussions
- Mentor junior and medior engineers

What we're looking for:





5+ years' AI/ML engineering experience, with Consulting/client-facing experience:

- Strong Python & SQL
- Proven POC → production experience
- Hands-on experience with 2+ of RAG, agentic AI, vector databases or fine-tuning
- LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or similar
- Strong classical ML foundations
- AWS, Azure or GCP production experience
- Docker
- CI/CD, Kubernetes, Airflow or similar
- Strong software engineering practices and testing
- Experience mentoring or technically leading others

Languages

Fluent Dutch and English are mandatory.
