We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Support Intern/Student to support our Commercial team during a key data migration project. Your Responsibilities
As a Data Support Intern/Student, you will support the migration of candidate information between our CRM systems. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Download candidate CVs from the current CRM platform & upload CVs and related documents into the new system.
- Verify that candidate information has been transferred accurately and completely.
- Ensure documents are correctly linked to candidate profiles.
- Identify and report missing, duplicate, or inconsistent data.
- Maintain a structured approach while handling large volumes of candidate files.
- Follow internal guidelines to ensure data quality and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to resolve data discrepancies.
- Provide general administrative support related to the migration project when required.
Who You Are
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme.
- Comfortable working with digital platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to perform repetitive tasks accurately while maintaining focus.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently after initial training.
- Respectful of confidentiality and data privacy.
- Fluent in English.
