Taleo Consulting is recruiting, on behalf of a major player in the Insurance sector in Belgium, a Technical Analyst to join a team of 49 people in charge of all written communication sent to clients (letters and claims).

Context

The scope covers a significant volume of documents: several million letters generated and 56 million archived documents, within a complex and constantly evolving COBOL environment.

Key responsibilities

- End-to-end (E2E) technical analysis within a COBOL environment
- Acting as the link between different business lines and their respective IT teams
- Gathering and translating functional needs into technical requirements
- Participating in cross-business-line integrations
- Providing technical expertise, without development

Profile sought

- Proven experience in technical analysis, ideally within a COBOL / legacy environment
- Experience in document generation and automation
- French or Dutch, fluent English required
- Available for a minimum 1-year engagement
