? Cassius Data Consult is hiring — Sales Manager

Cassius Data Consult supports retailers, brands, and technology partners in building data collaboration, commercializing their Retail Media and data monetization activities.

We're a team of retail media experts recognized in a fast-growing benelux market.

To support our growth, we're looking for a Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities: new clients for our new "Data as a Service" offering, and new consulting engagements for Cassius.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

- Identifying and prospecting new clients (brands and agencies) in Belgium and internationally
- Growing our portfolio around our Data as a Service offering
- Building and managing a structured sales pipeline, from first contact to signature
- Representing Cassius with decision-makers (C-level executives, Retail Media Directors, Marketing Directors, Category Directors)
- Working closely with our consultants to qualify needs and scope engagement opportunities

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B business development, ideally in Ad Tech, costumer intelligence, retail media, or data monetization activities
- Experience selling SaaS solutions / technology platforms
- Proven ability to build and manage a complex sales pipeline




- People management: experience managing teams of consultants or sales staff
- Comfortable with Odoo tools (CRM, ERP, and reporting environments)

- French: fluent
- Dutch: fluent
- English: professional working proficiency
