The Business Analyst supports the contracting authority in translating business needs into clear, structured requirements and fit-for-purpose solutions. They ensure alignment between stakeholder expectations, operational objectives and implementation constraints, thereby enabling informed decision-making and efficient delivery.

Responsibilities

•Design a solution:

o Evaluate business context, drivers and expected outcomes.

o Elicit, validate and document business requirements.

o Analyse and model business processes and workflows.

o Identify process inefficiencies and optimisation opportunities.

o Produce business and functional specifications.

• Follow the implementation of a solution:

o Support backlog preparation and requirements traceability.

o Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

o Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordination activities

• Assist the project manager:





o Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.

o Contribute to reporting, KPI monitoring and data analysis activities.

o Prepare documentation, meeting minutes and reporting materials

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 9 years of professional experience with minimum 6 years Business Analyst
- At least one of the following certifications:

- Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)

-Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

- Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC)

- Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)

- Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)

- Certified Business Analysis Thought Leader (CBATL)

- Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP)
