We are working with a client who are looking for a permanent mechanical engineer with a proven track record and project management experience/ambitions, to work within a medium sized manufacturing employer in the Antwerp area.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse existing production processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, stability and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Lead and deliver process improvement projects focused on increasing productivity and reducing waste.
- Support the introduction of new products into production, translating R&D; designs into practical, manufacturable processes and work instructions.
- Design and develop production tooling, equipment, test setups and other manufacturing resources.
- Analyse production machinery and implement improvements to increase reliability,



stability and performance.

About you

- Proven track record in mechanical engineering/automation
- experience in/ambition to take on project management responsibilities and stakeholder relationships
- experience with solidworks is preferable
