To support that growth, we are looking for a Sales Executive who is fast, disciplined, proactive and hungry for results.

The role You will manage a high volume of opportunities from families and students —

but we don't want someone who simply waits for leads to arrive.

You will: Contact new leads

quickly

and make

20–30+ sales and follow-up calls per day

when required. Understand each family's needs, recommend the right programme, handle objections and

close enrolments . Follow up consistently and manage multiple opportunities without losing pace. Proactively create new opportunities

instead of relying only on incoming leads. Reach out to

schools, companies and potential partners , building relationships that can generate new students and B2B opportunities. Identify and pursue new channels, partnerships and commercial opportunities. Keep

HubSpot CRM

updated and work towards clear KPIs for activity, conversion and revenue.





Who we're looking for

2+ years of proven sales experience. Experience managing high volumes of leads and calls . Fast, organised, proactive and highly disciplined. Strong telephone communication, persuasion and closing skills. Comfortable with both

B2C sales and proactive B2B outreach . Comfortable working with targets and KPIs. Excellent Spanish

and

English . CRM experience. On-site availability in Alcobendas, Madrid. Experience selling

education, tutoring, courses, universities, language programmes or other B2C services

is a strong advantage.

You'll probably love this role if... You like picking up the phone. You react quickly when a lead arrives.

You follow up naturally, enjoy opening new doors and, once you hit your target,

you want to beat it.
